In July, Everhard’s Chair and Director, Sue Boyce will be speaking at the Chairman’s Lunch for Family Business Australia, sharing her family’s journey of manufacturing in Queensland for 92 years and why Everhard continue doing what we do.  

Sue will also discuss the ups and downs of succession planning, and why Everhard Industries keep ‘family’ at the forefront of their business.

Sue Boyce is a Brisbane businesswoman, mother and grandmother. She is the major shareholder and Chair of the 92-year-old family company, Everhard Industries Pty Ltd.

From 2007 to 2014, Sue was a Liberal Senator for Queensland. She began her working career as a cadet journalist at The Courier-Mail in the late 60s and has also worked in Melbourne, Papua New Guinea and London.

She is also an advocate for people with a disability and for gender equity.
