Everhard currently employs 43% of women across the entire business
Let’s break it down:
– Board of Directors – 50% of women – including our company Chair, Gina Boyce-Rowe Rowe
– Leadership team – 33% of women – including our CEO, Moira Harris CEO Everhard GAICD
– Management team – 40% of women – leading the finance, marketing, SEQ warehouse and customer service teams
– Manufacturing, operations & logistics – 13% of women
– Sales – 23% of women
We are proud of the gender diversity in our business, especially in a male-dominated industry – and acknowledge that we still have further to go, not just with gender diversity but human diversity. We’re happy to be part of the change in the #plumbing and #manufacturing industry and we will continue to strive for gender, social and ethnic diversity through actionable plans as we know firsthand that business success lies in the different experiences, views and values of the entire team.
