“An opportunity arose to work for Everhard Industries. Knowing that I was going to be one of the first females to work in the manufacturing department was exciting because I knew it would be a challenge, both from a personal perspective but also breaking new ground for the company.  My role in cabinetry has opened doors to new a role within the business, working with the Sales department to ensure our product is well represented in Bunnings stores across Queensland.  Since working at Everhard, I’ve received fantastic support from my peers and managers and has given me great confidence for the future of women in manufacturing.”

There are challenges most days, but the Everhard family is proactive in many various markets and has continued to be a major player servicing Wastewater needs for over 91 years. The people are friendly, driven and committed to making Everhard a strong, innovative and progressive company. It’s also very much a family-oriented company and these are the reasons why I’ve enjoyed a career spanning nearly 20 years at Everhard.”
